Focus of this workshop will cover SAT, AP, PSAT10, PSAT 8/9, ACT HS and TSI Accuplacer data file upload and reporting procedures. Specifics include discussion of custom reports, and ad hoc report building using external assessment data files.

The focus of this workshop will be to clearly define to district administrators each component of the CCMR Early Warning System (EWS). Discussion will cover where the data files come from and how each column value is derived. Additionally, this session will review the associated CCMR EWS custom reports used to proactively monitor CCMR point accumulation. This session is designed for district/campus accountability administrators, counselors, and other personnel responsible for the reviewing and reporting of student CCMR performance.

Focus of this workshop will cover the file center and discuss in depth the process of uploading each file into the file center. Items to be covered will be accepted file types, how to upload files, what locations in OnPoint each uploaded file affects, data reconciliation, testing for file upload integrity and the process to request file removal, as well as the redaction policy of OnDataSuite.
